Caliban is up at the volient delights party and I remember how much I hate writing starters

me every party log like I'm going to top level!!! followed by me two seconds later like

I try and top level things but I’m like Ooof damn every time

also me: but it's easier to write planned/custom starters......

Pretty much. It’s easier to write something planned than open

i just write open starters with the assumption no one will tag them and they're more there to establish, like, the character's general behavior for the event

because i usually have enough plans anyway
