[work/musing] With both school and grad school around the horizon I've just been thinking about where I want to go in the education field tbh

This is going to be my 6th year working in education and i'm trying to figure out what I want to do and where I want to go

I'm in grad school now to get a master's degree in education so I can finally use my certification but I'm already got load of experience in classroom already that I'm just like "hmm, do I want to be in the classroom?"

My school system is basically drowning cause they're asking for teachers but not helping so idk i feel like i'd want to work in the field but doing something in the main office

I'll probably delete this soon but idk with so much of our staff leaving and being told we're going to have to pick up the slack I'm just like hmm idk

if i'm honest i'm mostly tired of being cussed out by parents or getting blamed for not caring enough

Now that I'm not in college out of spite I can think about what I want to do (I graduated with my bachelor's fueled with spite) but now I'm calmer so trying to think of what I want to do
