The reason for this is that DW only stores a very small history of PMs and the rest get wiped from the system, meaning we have no way to check back on what's been said between us and players in PMs.

Please use the MOD CONTACT page for all private discussions with mods unless, as mentioned, they are very simple notifications or requests.

Sometimes we have to contact players via PM because there's no better way to reach out to players when they haven't contacted us first. We would prefer to avoid that as much as possible, however, because it's sort of a terrible format for in-depth discussions.
