Since I've gotten down below 200 and stayed there, I'm thinking of picking up yoga again. My core needs it and it might help with my ibs too.

I enjoy yoga a lot. I was unsure yet and didn't want to join a class so I downloaded and app called "downdog". It is so good, you can choose how long and at what level you are. I started out with 15min, beginner and gentle.

L♥la Gh♥st : Yeah, I've always been able to do things like the tree pose and crescent moon - and I've books, but for a long time, my belly got in the way of me being able to do others. I'm hoping now I can manage them.

I will! First step, figuring out how to remove cat from lap and find my books and mat [normally not a huge task, but most things from that part of house are in storage until that area is done.
