Happy Friday! I'm at home feeling mild symptoms, but mostly I want to keep an eye on my father. He is recovering his energy. The cough is still there but I'm sure he'll beat it away. He's strong.

My mom is feeling mild symptoms as well, though yesterday she did feel a bit feverish. I have had no fever. I'll keep watch of our symptoms. My manager thinks I should be in the office, so I just said "I'm not feeling good" so she didn't question me further. I think I should be fine to work on Monday.

Mom and I have some mild food allergies and we get colds frequently, so these reasons could be why we haven't got COVID like my father. My father rarely gets sick and he rarely is bothered by food allergies.

My manager "accidentally" dialed my number yesterday. I was sort of resting. She said she dialed my number when she meant to dial some other employee number. That employee has gone missing but I also think that perhaps she wanted to check up on me. LOL. That woman. I don't know if I was mad or what. Sometimes, she does mother me. I assured her I was resting.
