Dear creators. If you vanish on your bloggers for a few months, and do not pass on that you will be missing for a period of time do not get upset or remove them from the team if you come back to a frustrated message. Especially if it is one left by a blogger who was waiting on an item to blog for you and had no idea you were gone.

If bloggers will be gone we are obligated to notify creators/managers that we will be gone. Why is this not the case for creators for their bloggers?

I once had a blog manager pester me to store for store_X_, and I wrote them back and said they had not released anything to blog for months. And then wrote the designer, and he was embarrassed. But yeah, left SL for a better job. He never came back.

: I have had that happen, I get removed for "lack of blogging" when the creator hasn't made much or anything in awhile. OR they just returned after a very long break (months) and just started to create again
