ha ha my coworker (maintenance dude Aaron) might be having heart problems exacerbated by this heat and stress and I am REAL WORRIED ABOUT HIM

he's like "I can't afford to bankrupt myself by seeing doctors" and I'm like "my dad died of a heart attack at 45 my guy these symptoms are textbook please go to urgie care this week"

his thing is "it's probably just a panic attack I've had stress tests before and they didn't find anything and billed me $5000" and he does have a gp appointment for next week friday so like..... ok

just he's had 2 of these little "episodes" in 2 months now and it's gonna keep being really fucking hot out and I'm just worried.

oh god. yeah I am worried about some of the techs in my job too, we have some rooms with equipment that are hot as hell on a normal day

yyyyy!!! he's been stressed because he's been working his ass off to get the ac here functional for when the German Head Honchos come Thursday which means going up on the roof and doing hard manual labor in 92° heat for the last week

plus he does all the lawn care which means lawn mowing, trimming and weed pulling all in this heat around our huge ass building by himself

he's also been going home and doing MORE WORK ON HIS OWN HOUSE this week because his daughter is graduating high school and her party is this weekend so he's like stressed about that too

idk he is a nice guy and I Care Him and want him to be alive for longer
