Okay so, Feathered Cap = Leather Hat + Chimera Wing (Need 2: Jessica, Angelo) is I think the only thing that is helpful right now

The next town after the one we're at has an upgrade for Jessica's clothes, we can't make anything to fill that gap unfortunately

Some good news on the alchemy front:
- There's a monster later on that drops a leather whip so that we can get it and get jessica's good whip upgrades (it upgrades twice)
- Feathered Caps similarly upgrade into a bunch of other hats later
