I’ve been feeling super wiped out between life shit and also my reoccurring hives

But now my allergies are kicking in hard and since taking Zyrtec I’m starting to “feel my kidneys” again. My kidneys tried to shut down last year and dropped to 40% function randomly and was causing me a lot of pain

I’ve not even able to sleep because of allergies and then I slept a bit deeper last night and now my spine is hurting me

I really hope I didn’t dislocate anything in there...

Because I am walking hunched like a 90 year old man

Ughhh god I am so so sorry I hate the downhill spiral that comes from exhaustion smashing into chronic issues in all the weird little shockwaves it makes, if you need to vent or talk through it you know where to find me
