when ur reading a story and they introduce their first lesbian character, but also it's a murder mystery segment so u don't kno if they're gonna do the creepy murdering lesbian trope or not,

which would be terrible for, you know, the first sapphic character in a story,

also in general but definitely when it's the first and/or only one

THAT SAID, god I hope this does okay here because it's a really good setup for a murder mystery

tl;dr the story is one of those "I died, then I wound up back in my youth" stories,

and the murder mystery hasn't happened yet

the main character knows about it because she heard about it

and now she's living through it

she knows who dies and how they die, but not the details of the victims, suspects, and truth

I'm pretty sure I know who the murderer is and it's not the lesbean tho

unless it's all red herrings idk
