[Theater, Tech] Does anyone have a setup, or know of anyone who does, that can convert an mp4 video into DVD (or Blu-Ray, for that matter)?

I ask purely out of academic interest, and definitely not because I have a recording of one of the performances of Something Rotten! in a huge 10.4 GB file. I definitely did not just download such a file.
