the canker sore on my top lip has started getting so bad that it's bleeding when I wake up and my lips are stuck together from the way my congestion is making me breathe while I sleep. I think it's just started scabbing over, but because of where it is, it hasn't really gotten much of a chance to heal properly.

I realized it was bleeding when I woke up, took a drink of water from the cup I had sitting next to my bed, and then came back later to realize that blood had dripped down the side and dried onto it. I'm honestly shocked I didn't notice the taste of that much blood. ono

I put it on when I'm awake, yeah. But the sore is on the inside of the lip, so it can't help that, much.
