[Work] The new guys are picking stuff up at about the rate I'd hoped. Now for the phase 2... telling everyone who needs something done that they MUST make a ticket, no exceptions. Cause when it was just me and Marty, it was kinda okay to just do something. Now we need to load balance better and document EVERYTHING.

Plus it helps justify that more staffing in the future
