dun rly hav time to deposit the check of my salary last month, so I ask my mom to help, and i forgot to tell her which is the correct account the money end up in my credit card account, so I needa call the hotline, get the customer service to help.
and boi did I know how hard it is to get to a customer service in a hotline call

hotline tell you to pick from the choices so it will link you to the service you need. I heard none of the choice that will link me to a customer service wth.
so I end up go to the bank and ask if they can help me there. they tell me to call the hotline and enter 0 to get the customer service to help.

anyway I called day 1 after the deposit, the check transaction was not done yet so needa call again next day.
day 2 I called after my work and the line is so busy that I wait for around 7 min and still no one answer the call
and day 3 morning I finally got it done
