Got my mail-in ballot today and you can see what party I'm registered with in the damn window of the envelope??? WTF. How is this ok?

I don't know if it's always been this way and I never noticed before or if this is a new thing but I don't like that at all.

I had this happen too. I've also always found it weirdly disturbing how easy it is to look voter registration up online too. I mean ultimately I don't care but it's just wild how most of the time all you need is a name and birth year, sometimes a county.

Dovelove : I don't understand how that's ok? People are getting harassed for wearing masks, never mind what party they vote for. What if it accidentally ended up at the wrong house? Didn't know you could look up people's registration online too. Just yuck.

I said the same thing to mark when it happened to me - I was like...what if I don't want the whole Damn world to know my business?
