i dreamed there was someone racing at dangerous speeds across a twisting freeway in order to awaken this sort of electric ghost thing in the desert/ocean below us (there were many crashed cars)

the crashed cars all belonged to the racer i think, that road was pretty empty

meanwhile i wandered into a big exhibit for some guy who'd made statues of himself for every stage of his adult life, and some guy who looked a little like orphen was there with a not!meowth who later on had a diaper accident? even later it turned into a human and the diaper became a white puffy bodysuit that went up to his neck

umm anyway another guy took over the place with his gang of thugs and he was horrified to learn that this middle-aged chinese couple had sewn up all the horrifying open-ribcage/face statues to be more normal-looking, and i heard lots of screaming as they were dragged away with his orders for a beheading

dunno if they actually got beheaded or not because the screaming kept going for a while? also i was sitting by myself on a bench at the far side of the exhibit, looking inconspicuous

they eventually noticed me but they were amused by my talking to them like i had no idea what was going on (i said something about getting a glass of milk after i finished whatever i was looking at)

i also had a whole bunch of nail clippers? i passed out a few but kept an unfolded one in my pocket just in case (it was kinda uncomfortable) and i think the boss decided i'd be a captive?

later there was something about an aquarium getting drained and all the sharks getting killed by a blade like doomed dogs with a loving master, and i was following the trail only to find a shark that was still alive and struggling to breathe?

another shark told me it'd gone to do a thing and come back to this, which i don't understand but okay

so i found some way to turn the water back on and the one shark and a few fish were saved, but it turned out that cats had gotten into some of the fishtanks? luckily they all managed to escape sooner or later but they sure were soaking wet

there was also a part where i tried to take a picture of the guy and his cat (and a third guy i didn't know) with my phone while they were all trapped in a huge white puffy blanket, but my phone kept switching apps to like, a calculator, or a dino game, or
