So had a CAT scan yesterday. There's a large mass kind of on top of my uterus sort of pressing on things around it.

The blood tests are to help them get more information. The part where nothing was ordered “stat” is a good initial sign. (Med student friends sauce) I hope your follow ups go just the best they can. Big virtual hugs

yeah bloodtests are pretty standard. I had one to test for the big c when I was diagnosed with endometreomas, just to be sure.
