Anyone can help me troubleshoot dropbox? Trying to download pictures and first two downloaded just fine but now I am just getting a black screen when I try to download more. Any idea what may be wrong?

I have no idea, but are you trying to download on your phone or a computer?

I have tried both, finally got it. It is maddening. I am supposed to design senior banners and we have dearth of good pictures. Plus I am definitely not a designer so it is maddening I got stuck with it. Ugh.
