what windlight setting do you use when you're making mesh stuff inworld? Everything seems to be really bright

I use so many of them honestly, I do most of my initial work using one I designed for my platform that has very flat even lighting (washes out materials), and then I test materials and the final product using extremely harsh lighting on like 4-5 settings.
