I just saw a video that a 16ys old girl who immigrated to Canada has her first performance there.
Though her vocabulary is easy ,her English is quite fluent. Hope I can say something in English without thinking too long one day.

Today I decided to take over the vice director
I’m so afraid that I can’t be capable of this position

But after weighing the pros and cons
Maybe taking over it is a good chance of expanding my mind and gaining my experience

First of all I can expand my network know more people
Let my band life more easily I guess?
Follow the director and learn something from her.
Try to step outside of my comfort zone. Get some useful skill and ability.
