okay so whoever had the advice of 'if your tongue is ouch bc acidy food suck on an antacid' is a gorram life saver

I forget from time to time that even tho hummus is delicious, I can't have more than a very thin smear on things bc something about the lemon juice in it tears my tongue up

and I kind of slathered it on my dinner pita, so I was ouchy, and now I'm okay bc I remembered the advice and actually had antacids on hand for once
