Because his dumb ass just couldn't stop trying to profit from the Big Lie.

The fact he had to literally get past Lindell's private security screen to do it and made it look that effortless is just icing on the cake.

(This is separate from the Dominion voting machines defamation suit, this is a Dominion security employee nailing him for calling him out- by name- and accusing him of treason. On tape.

And then immediately declaring that he is asserting it as fact, swears he has evidence, and that he's not making it up.

Which means he's now screwed. He can't just not show up, or he'll lose everything. He can't pretend he was improperly served, either. Not only did the process server get it recorded, but they pulled it off in front of as many other cameras as possible.
