[KP]: Your supplier needs to be assigned the correct role in the system. [PA] will need to contact the right person to assign it to them. Here is a screenshot of an RFQ with [PA]'s contact info highlighted, and I will also copy him on this email.

me, half a month later, to [PA]: Hi, my supplier tells me she still doesn't have access, is this being worked?
[PA]: this RFQ is already closed and we have received the quote.

me, internally: that is not the issue you fucking dingbat
