even if "animation concept" was actually a staff position on a show (which I'm pretty sure it's not - it seems to be a mistranslation of something like "original concepting") it... isn't what Urobuchi does at all?
his position is written as アニメ原案 which does translate literally to "animation draft" but I haven't been able to nail down what it's typically called in western discussions
it's possible he did the original scenario and the actual direction and beat by beat scripting are being handled by toshimasa and ubukata since that's a lot more in line with Urobuchi's skillset
THAT BEING SAID I'm pretty suspicious that this is fake because I haven't seen any other pictures of this banner and the art on it looks nothing like huke's
