300 mg. i took 600 mg on accident

i should be fine overall i'm just going to be dizzy/lightheaded/nauseous for the day

Yeah, that's the likely outcome.

If you have a roommate or someone you could mention it to, it might not be a bad idea to ask them to keep an eye out just in case you start feeling worse, but I think you'll be fine.
