I've played all of them, and like. i would say it has a Lot of horror elements, but it is gameplay-wise easier

like fighting the enemies is the same amount hard, but the vast open world means you can ride your horse-yak right on past many of them

Also also, there are lil guys you can summon to help you fight which have been absolutely invaluable

I've gotten a lil undead cluster i usually use, though the wolves and jellyfish have helped in the past
