im going to be putting my notice in tomorrow I think, because the longer I leave it the worse I'm going to feel. theres a bunch of stuff that made me not want to, like Vay trying to get a mortgage and move and getting a new warehouse
Ultimately Millie it's not your burden that he's working on his own personal finances or his decisions in running his business. You are a decision he makes re: running his business and if he's not willing to compensate you well enough or treat you well enough (which we know he sure doesn't treat you well enough) then that's his choice
You shouldn't feel bad for taking charge of your own life and quitting. He made it without you before, he'll figure out how to do it again, or he'll hire someone else
yeah. I know that really, its more scary for me to quit without something lined up, and possibly taking a sanction to my universal credit because I left a job willingly?
So uh actually, some good news. Turns out Vay was gonna bring up me leaving anyway, bc he needs someone physically capable of doing warehouse work which im clearly losing the ability to do
the caveat being ill have to stay for slightly longer than two weeks, as he needs to move into the new warehouse and will need me to be the body in the old one until then
