Took my sewing machine for a service and they got back saying there’re a lot of things wrong with the machine 😂

The cartridge (thread cassette) doesn’t lock properly, the timing on the sewing machine is off, the alignment is also off (that’s why the needle hits the metal plate (also known as feed dog?) when sewing things on the left),

and all the caps and covered need replacing as well

It seems that the previous owner hadn’t taken very good care of it 😂
