Does your standard attack take more than three hits to kill a normal assed mook?

If yes, retreat, try again later

how's that working?

Fairly well so far honestly. I can one shot almost anyone in Limgrave that’s not a boss or elite enemy with a jumping strike, so I’m mostly just STILL cleaning that and the south up.

I haven’t had much time to play games due to. Various factors. So I’ve only got like a dozen hours in overall. Way behind most folks.

But when I tried venturing north the moment it took me four hits to kill a dude something told me “yeah go back”

So my dumbass goes into a nearby cave and ultimately loses 10k in Runes to a boss I just couldn’t take down.

So now I’m listening to that voice in my head.

that will get you through... not all of the game

but certainly a good chunk of it

Oh yeah I’ve seen enough stuff from later on to know it won’t hold out forever BUT. It’s enough for the initial areas to not bite off more than I can chew TOO often.

At least not until I have a fuck ton more resources to work with.
