[jorb] lol, insurance company finally got back to us about not being able to electronically submit applications like we usually do, they sent us back the link to do it manually, oh my God these applications are so fucking complicated

boss: These four providers will probably take you all day
me (before seeing the application) that can't be right
me (not even halfway through the first one an hour later) oh, okay, probably will

and then I realized at some point I lost access to provider SSNs on their profiles (which I need to fill out the forms), boss went in to fix it but removed my permission to see everything

boss: okay fixed it
me: uhhh

she called me and actually fixed it while I was on the phone. It was pretty funny

on the plus side: training that was supposed to be happening right now has been moved to tomorrow
