mostly in/around Mos Espa, she's a salver/scavenger, makes decorations out of the junk parts (think those kinetic windmill things and cascade chimes and the like)
Nobody's quite sure if she's a former slave or a veteran (or maybe both) mostly because she doesn't talk much, but chances are good she's got more than a few droid parts under her poncho
she's also been known to do guerilla repair work, which is to say, righting vaporators that get knocked over in storms or fixing janky awnings or whatever around town when the owners haven't yet/aren't able to on their own
