I love it but you actually can have too much. Someone (not me) made a batch of spaghetti sauce and they thought a bulb was a clove so it had two bulbs of garlic in it. Still tasted OK-ish but I smelled like garlic for days!

Fearyfox(Reyn) : That'd be horrible! This was very edible because the flavor of the other ingredients still come through. Just too garlicky. I've had it too spicy hot from hot peppers (it was tolerable) but there's no masking too much black pepper,

Suze : Newp. And see, I like raw garlic cloves, so while even I wouldn't normally use two bulbs, I think it'd still be decent.
