Do reserves guarantee a spot if we somehow get more than 50 people apping?

Becca Stareyes For our purposes reserves will just be reserving the character and not guaranteeing a slot.

Though, since it looks like we may actually hit cap, or at least there's a chance we will, we will be polling prospective players on how they would prefer us to handle the app round.
