[Work/Training] I knew that I had issues watching those “60 Seconds From Disaster”-type videos when they involved commercial airplanes, but it appears that that’s gotten even worse over time. The two videos that popped up about it during recurrent have been enough that I’ve had to step outside the room.

If it’s just an analysis about the whole situation, I’m able to handle it, but the re-enactments, with the tense music and everything, even when they aren’t over-dramatizing things, cause my anxiety to shoot through the roof.

I can generally watch that sort of thing about any other situation no problem!

But when it involves airplanes...I think that it’s way too easy for me to imagine myself or someone that I know involved in situations like that, and it freaks me out.
