Who is on the toilet and not looking at their phone? Or do you have a phone there just waiting for whoever wants to use the toilet?

Is it a shared phone situation?

Or is it just a place to set your phone while you wash your hands?

I just assumed it's where you put your phone while wiping, assuming this person has a huge bathroom or short arms and can't reach the counter while seated

I've definitely seen those like... "squishy" toilet seat covers before, which kind of weirded me out
