[Pet dog] So...what do you do when your dog has to pee, but there's freezing rain outside?

I uh. Taught my tiny dog to piss in my bathtub. Don't come after me there was an issue when she was a puppy

alternatively/the rest I just go freeze and get wet and refuse to come in untilt hey've peed.

But yeah, I use the booties a lot whenever there's ice/snow because I know there will be salt down

Dogs are tough. He'll go out, do his business and then want to come right back inside

yeah. My previous rat terrier when we'd hit nasty cold/wet would periodically refuse to pee for like 2 days. It drove me nuts

He does get very stubborn when there's bad weather, but I figure if I put enough layers on him he might be okay

Also, booties. He's always happier when he's wearing shoes.

Take him out, he’ll do his business and come right back in to warm up. If you’re worried about the potential for frostbite, put the booties on him. Otherwise, he’ll be fine.

i bought my dog a raincoat and we just kinda brave it. he doesn't like it, but i can't get him to pee in the tub, on a pad, or on the balcony
