[work] I've been thinking about the offer my principal gave me and I think I'm gonna take it

I may have my misgivings about education as a whole right now and my mom is worried about me being in classroom right now, but I would be an elective class so I know my schedule would be different

Besides, I feel like I'm gonna work in education in some way or form? either in the classroom or out but my principal said I get to have creative control so maybe I could try making it a creative writing class

like drawing prompts for the little kids then writing prompts for the older ones and we could make a small book of what they created at the end of the year

besides it would only be for four months and i've made it this far why not take the opportunity?

My mom: "So, maybe try it out for awhile then see what happens next." I'm used to her pointing out the negatives the only difference is my dad not here pointing out the positives

but my principal said he could work with HR since I am certified and get paid as a teacher so it would work

i did ask that like "i can get paid as a teacher? hmm, sure."

i know one of my coworkers are going to go "he's just using you! we're not getting paid!"
And I'm like hell none of us anywhere are getting paid what we deserve stuff it

i've been thinking about this for about two days now and he wants an answer today so gonna email him since we're virtual until the rest of the week

i sent him an email about it that I wanted to do it and we could talk about it on Monday since we're virtual now and I'm still !!! about it haha

i like that i could be flexible with the class and it would be for four months and increase in pay is nice it surprised me that he remembered and followed through
