The NSD process of experiential service focus on customer interaction and emotions

Even though entertainment is not new service/industry, the NSD is continuously needed due to the conversation of dominant media.

Maybe the fuzzy front-end also need the involvement of customers, nevertheless, the characteristics of artist/entertainer result in more tricky task on choosing the “secure” customers.
