This happened in a densely-populated area around the leading edge of South Florida's rush hour (wave front, really). Somehow nobody was injured... other than somebody's eardrums.

This splendid example of manhood at least had enough brain cells left to voluntarily surrender to the FHP and provide this video to them. He's up for a number of charges that include aggravated assault with a firearm.
