Not sure in what sense it's weird. But then I never actually checked out a recipe for it so I don't know what a normal one is.

I like a bit more color in my food so I added a little bit of chopped red paprika and a little bit of green celery leaf. Not enough to alter the taste.

I also don't make a cheese-sauce that I add. I just dump the cheese in the pan where I cook the macaroni. Side note I don't drain the water, I cook with just a minimum of water so it's almost all gone when the macaroni is ready, before it starts to cook out and burn

I should make some films of my kitchen activity.

I have a camera but it's an old 'action cam' thing with a head/helmet mount so you wouldn't see me. I could be a naked-chef and no one would be shocked.

But that is not stabilized so very jittery. And I have no video editing tools nor skills so that would end up being long boring videos
