[personal shit, mute, whatever] really considering quitting my "day job" and making my "second job" my primary job

I'll basically have to pay an extra $440 in February if I want to keep working at my day job

at $25 an hour, that is 17.6 hours of work, not including taxes and other shit that is taken out

My day job currently schedules me to work about 25 hours a week

My second job pays me $30 an hour

and I'm pretty sure they'd be happy to give me more projects to work on to make up for the hours I lose with my day job

downside if that second job is very monotonous, and will probably be a lot more soul crushing to do it fulltime than both jobs to mix things up a bit

both jobs are Evil

in that I think they do more net harm than good for society

but I need a paycheck

second job does not offer healthcare for fulltime employees

but I think once I no longer have a job that gives healthcare, I can sign up for ACA even when it's not within the open signup window

should look into that
