I know we're at the end of January now, AKA it's been months since I had COVID, but I'm still mad at Jenny for the way she handled everything, and I don't know what to do with that anger

So, one thing I used to get told to do is to write the letter, then burn it - it helps you let go of the anger/pain without starting yet more shit to hurt yourself.

I don't have the space to safely burn anything, but I could rip it up into little tiny shreds

Yup. Mostly, it lets you get it out in the open so you can heal, then gets rid of it.

I could definitely use some healing. I'm doing fine physically, but I think about my COVID experience all the time :/
