[FFXIV Patch] The PLD potency boosts are really interesting

They're concentrated on the OGCDs and the Confetior combo only

SAM's boosts are pretty basic on their early single target combo and then on their new ultimate which is nice especially since it'll always be 1.5x boosted with Kaiten

Holy shit DRG's eye tether now has functionally infinite range

Yeah the Tether change is really good although the animation is gone which is sad
