LOL. I watched some vids on YouTube by this male cook and he was just pouring without measuring cups and going "looks about right". And I'm thinking, "maybe, he added too much." I grew up watching my mom cook and she was somewhat precise with cooking, which really comes with experience. She's been cooking for decades.
