work is so much and all i want to do is sleep today, oof

everybody was off from the 31st-3rd and i also was flying back yesterday so there was only one agent in the queue and we just... have so many tickets

and now marketing just sent out an incorrect email to like ten thousand people

and i want to take a nap,

lets just all take a nap for a week
