I have no idea if I should but I think maybe asking about and looking into adult protective services may be a thing.

This cousin has struggled with his problems for around 25 or 30 years. I don't think he can live on his own.

According to my Dad she SCREAMED at him. I have no idea how bad it actually was because my Dad isn't always a good judge of volume but.... If he isn't safe I have no idea what would be a healthy option for him.
