yeah i mean i've never slept with an actual dick, but even using toys, it's never felt anything like a pap smear before or after. the muscles handle it very differently when you're aroused vs not aroused at all, which includes soreness

echoing all that was said! it's why foreplay is so important for women. Arousal absolutely changes everything, you self lubricate more, the muscles become more pliable etc. nothing like a pap smear.
