Oh hey my employer just added $50000 per lifetime per person for gender-affirmation surgeries to our benefits plan (supplementing provincial health insurance which I believe already covers a lot of it). Neat.

Not something that I have need of myself, but I know for a fact that there are trans people in the company. Hopefully this is useful for them.

If they're doing it for Canadian positions US positions probably also have at least some of the benefit

Anyway it does look like they have some remote work positions in the US, no idea if it would have any overlap with your skillsets but might be worth looking at
