the only reason elle hasn't approached raistlin yet is because she's pretty sure he'd actively resent her if she tried, and she doesn't need to deal with that right now
i don't think he would as long as she wasn't like, pushy, which she doesn't seem like the kind of person to be. he's jsut really, really not used to positive social interaction and really, really used to absolutely every conversation being a fight for his life
he only snaps at people if he thinks they're attacking him, and he does have that hypersensitive trauma thing where you see attacks that aren't there sometimes, but he also doesn't have the fucked up history with you guys that he has with his "friends and family" and he's generally good with people in that case
so naturally the disabled character is only disabled because of his character flaw of resenting the limitations disability places on his life, because the only disability is a bad attitude!!! and anyway disability means god doesn't like you

and 3. "actually, assisting a goal of elven commandos in freeing the human slaves to distract the baddies and cover the evacuation of elven civilians is a great way to accomplish multiple goals"
ya know thedas is an unmitigated trash fire, but like at least everybody involved in the stories doesn't have to be like... convinced to do the right thing

for those just joining us, fisto is fistandantiulus, an evil lich who raistlin's teachers allowed to posses him because they figured he deserved it for being so ambitious and sly. raistlin doesn't know he's in there
fisto is making his disbaility worse - before the possession he could even walk across a room without breaking down - and influencing him towards cruelty, selfishness, and greed
i already knew the gaia folk would want to beat up what's basically a wyrm spirit but it's even better if at least one is genuinely invested and outraged on more than jsut the principle
