i have nothing started but here are my plans from most likely to least likely:

laszlo cravensworth - on top bc it's my first con w/my gf and she wants to cosplay nadja so of COURSE i am prioritizing our couples cosplay
artemy burakh bc i need to make him by acen anyway for a patho friend

and then the others who are all on the same level: hubert von vestra, hilda goneril, caspar von bergliez, and zack fair. one of these things is not like the other
